Parks by state

This directory includes 56 states and territories. Each has at least one of the 476 units we score. The number of units appears beside each name. You can open a state to see its units. They are ranked by the Experience Score. This score measures documented breadth and access. We apply it consistently everywhere. Each unit has a written verdict behind its card. Some units cross state lines. Such a unit is listed under every state it touches. For this reason, the total of all counts exceeds 476.
